Miss USA 2009 Welcome Ceremony held at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on April 4, 2009. All the contestants were present at the launch ceremony and were looking somewhat amazing in their dresses. I would crown all the ladies as the best and be awarded.
