Hilary Duff was at MTV’s TRL “Total Finale Live” the other day. I guess MTV really is getting out of the music video business and focusing on more crap shows like The Hills and Hills spinoffs. Yup, there’s some really creative thinking going on over there. Speaking of which, HilaryDuff’s outfit is quite creative too. It’s the non-see-through see-through outfit, and it goes against everything I stand for.
